2021 Junior Duck Stamp Challenge

Maine Audubon is collaborating with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the 27th annual Federal Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program. Educators can download a free dynamic, multidisciplinary curriculum that teaches wetland and waterfowl conservation to students in kindergarten through high school. The Sanford-Springvale YMCA recently received a donation of $2,716 from Subway Restaurants of Maine. This money was raised during the SUBWAY CARES campaign in the month of December. Subway has been a long time supporter of the YMCA, and every month they provide the Early Learning Center with healthy lunch options. Winterfest is Coming!

Sanford Parks & Recreation is sponsoring Winterfest on Saturday, February 13 from 7:30 a.m. to noon, with tons of activities for the whole family. The celebration kicks off with a free Youth Ice Fishing Derby on Number One Pond.
