Waban Telethon to Receive $5,000 Sponsorship from Partners Bank

Coming off a year of challenging times, Waban will still push forward with its annual telethon, going virtual once again for the cause. Covid & Vaccine Update

The high-volume vaccination clinic in South Sanford officially opened this week. See related story. In his report to the City Council on Tuesday, City Manager Steven Buck said the clinic will begin vaccinating 240 to 360 people per day, increasing those numbers each week until reaching 960 people per day in April. He said the clinic will require 54 staff members per day to operate. This will include Sanford EMTs, who will work with other personnel on a rotating schedule.…
