The city has gone out to bid for a landscape architect to design and upgrade the park, on High Street in Sanford’s densely populated East Side, as part of a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant awarded three years ago. Over 160 performers and nearly 30 band and chorus teachers from several schools participated in the festival.
