High-Speed Internet Survey

Would enough customers sign up for a super-fast broadband/internet service in Sanford-Springvale to make it self-sustaining? The City has secured a grant to start the process for residential broadband/internet service. Through this grant, the City has hired a market research company to gauge public demand for the expansion of SanfordNet Fiber, your community broadband network. BMV Update

The Springvale Bureau of Motor Vehicles office will likely not be reopening until mid-November. According to Kristen Muszynski, Communications Director for the Secretary of State’s office, a decision on a reopening date will be made after October 20. In the meantime, the Kennebunk office, which is currently open by appointment only, will begin accepting walk-in traffic after September 29.
