YCSP Food Pantry Anticipating High Demand for Thanksgiving Meals

Last year the pantry gave out 920 boxes of food to individuals and families through its Thanksgiving Basket Program. Covid-19 cases are surging across the country, and Maine is not immune. At his regular press briefing on Thursday, October 29, Dr. Nirav Shah, Director of Maine CDC, announced a new one-day high of 80 new cases in the state. Eco-Luxury Comes to Littlefield Pond

At its regular meeting on October 21, the Planning Board gave approval to a 5-lot subdivision located at 196 Elm Street in Springvale. The 13.69 acre property will be used to construct luxury "eco-camps" for the personal use of the owners, as well as for part-time rental under the company name Purposely Lost.
