New Rail Trail Task Force to be Appointed

Mayor Anne-Marie Mastraccio will be appointing a new task force to come up with a solution concerning the Rail Trail, which is the only part of Sanford’s official trail system that is open to ATVs. Schools Plan A Summer of Learning and Fun

The Sanford School Department is pulling out all the stops for a summer of learning and fun that will keep students connected, help them catch up from any pandemic learning loss, and prepare them to hit the ground running when school resumes full time in September. School Department Already Planning for Fall

At the School Committee meeting on May 10, Superintendent of Schools Matt Nelson gave the latest update on the plans for bringing all students back to school in-person, full time, in the fall.
