Central Park Plans Evolving

Against a backdrop of trophies and awards, the Sanford Schools Legacy Foundation on Sept. 4 dedicated the Sanford High School Athletic Awards Showcase in honor of longtime basketball coach, teacher and principal Bruce MacKinnon.
