The Sanford City Council met December 20, 2022. Councilor Michael Termath was absent, all others were present. The minutes of the December 6 meeting were approved with one spelling correction. Toy Distribution: The weather this weekend didn’t stop the hardworking elves from Toys for Tots of Southern York County. The annual toy distribution was held at Curtis Lake Church thanks to the many volunteers and many generous donors. Scouts USA Troop 327 is doing its second annual Christmas Tree Pickup Fundraiser.
