Donald was a manager for A&P for 36 years and was a night manager for Walmart in Sanford before fully retiring. He and his wife Alice settled, after retirement, in a year-round home on Mousam Lake. Council Grapples with Discarded Needles

City Manager Steve Buck presented detailed information on the history of the state-licensed Syringe Service Program (SSP) in Sanford.
