Boxes of Joy for the Sanford Backpack Program

The Sanford Backpack Program has a new initiative for the upcoming holiday season, and they need your help. YCSP Food Pantry Anticipating High Demand for Thanksgiving Meals

Last year the pantry gave out 920 boxes of food to individuals and families through its Thanksgiving Basket Program. Food Drive for YCSP’s Thanksgiving Program

It’s that time of year when the York County Shelter Programs’ Food Pantry is starting its Thanksgiving Basket Program. The program provides community members in need with a full Thanksgiving dinner. YCSP is holding its 11th Annual Harvest Thanksgiving Benefit and Food Drive on Sunday, November 8th, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the parking lot of the Sanford Elks Lodge at 13 Elm Street in Sanford. $10 will send two backpacks home with Sanford kids who are fighting youth food insecurity. It will also get you entered into our FUN and FESTIVE Halloween Yard Decorating contest in Sanford/Springvale!
