Bean suppers are back! The monthly bean suppers at the Crossroads United Methodist Church will resume March 26 and will continue the last Saturday of each month from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Church hall at 16 Grammar Rd. If you were wondering what the big crowd was at Gowen Park on February 5 (besides the sledders), it was the York District BSA, which held its 2022 Klondike Derby at the park and and on the Mousam Trail. Roughly 175 scouts and leaders participated, with 20 sleds competing in the challenge. They also did a good turn and removed a 40 gallon bag of litter from the trails.
