Community Concert a Huge Success

By Kristi King On a glorious late summer evening, Sanford’s Central Park was filled with over 100 attendees for a free community event concert performed and organized by local up-and-coming musical artist Justin Toussaint. With a drone flying overhead, Justin encouraged the crowd to participate in the filming of a music video.
