On October 19, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 919 Main Street, or by remote methods, the City of Sanford, Maine, City Council will hold a hearing to determine whether 21 Butler St, identified as Tax Map K16, Lot 21, and further described in a Deed recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds, Book 14570, Page 671 and Mortgage recorded at Book 14570, Page 673, is a dangerous building or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 MRSA §§ 2851-2859, and to determine what, if any, remedy is appropriate. This hearing is an opportunity for the owner or parties in interest to present evidence as to why 21 Butler St is not a dangerous building or a nuisance and to oppose any corrective action ordered by the City Council. Failure to attend may result in the waiver of certain rights with regard to this property.
