The Sanford Middle and High Schools are holding a sports physical and immunization clinic on Wednesday, July 28. Students entering 7th through 12th grade who need a sports physical, TDap and/or MCV4 (meningococcal) vaccines will be able to receive everything at one location.
Vaccines will be offered from noon to 4:00 p.m., and sports physicals from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Sanford High School in Room D105.

Enter the SHS at the Community Retail Center entrance near the greenhouse. The cost is $20 for the Sports Physicals. Checks can be made payable to York Hospital. The immunizations are free. Students must be accompanied by their parent/guardian or have the Limited Sports Exam form signed by their parent/guardian.
All physicals are valid for two years from the date the physical is given.
