A new reading resource for children: A new Little Free Library for children’s books has been installed in front of Sanford Pride Elementary School (SPE) for the community to enjoy. The idea came to fruition through the efforts of SPE PTA’s Kaity Getchell, vice president, and Sara Gildart, secretary, as well as the Getchell family, who built and installed the library. Those people using the library are asked to take a book and leave one, when possible, but be respectful and mindful that this resource is for children’s books only.
