More Covid Outbreaks in Sanford

WMTW and Seacoast Online are reporting that Maine CDC is investigating two more outbreaks at Sanford social clubs. An outbreak investigation at the VFW on Hutchenson St. was reportedly opened on September 11. Anyone who visited there since August 24 may have been exposed to the virus, and should contact their health care provider. Maine CDC updated its map of Covid-19 case counts by zip code on Thursday, September 10. As of September 6, there are a cumulative total of 57 cases of the virus in Sanford, and 15 in Springvale, for a total of 72 in our community.
