Parade? No. Fireworks? Yes!

The City Council’s Municipal Operations and Property Subcommittee this week began the job of planning for Sanford’s summer holiday celebrations, when they spoke with Recreation Coordinator Lori Hegarty and Parks Supervisor Brian Desrochers. Effective May 24, state guidelines will allow for outdoor events to be held at 100% capacity, as long as social distancing measures are followed. Budget Committee 3/18 Meeting Summary

The Budget Committee meeting on March 18 began with a summary of the budget by City Manager Steven Buck and Superintendent of Schools Matt Nelson.
