On the morning of Friday, May 14, Sanford Police were called to Diamond Ln. for a report of terrorizing/threatening, and arrested a 47-year-old Sanford resident on charges of violating a protection from abuse order and littering. City Council 5/18 Meeting Summary

Councilor Bob Stackpole led the pledge of allegiance and asked for a moment of silence. In her report, Mayor Anne-Marie Mastraccio said the proposed revisions to the Council’s Rules and Order of Business, which had been debated at the previous meeting, did not pass the legal review, so the document is not ready for approval. Three Sanford Properties Declared Dangerous

At the City Council meeting on May 18, public hearings were held to determine if three properties in Sanford meet the requirements for the city to declare them dangerous buildings. The first property discussed was 18 Winter St., a duplex which has been vacant for many years. It has been owned by Bradley Estabrook of Laconia, NH, since 2004.
