Independence Day Festivities

Although there will be no 4th of July parade this year due to Covid, plans are in place for Independence Day festivities at Number One Pond on Saturday, July 3. Outdoors and Along the Trails: Dedication, Videos, Turtles, SCF & More

On Thursday July 1 at 7:30 a.m., the Hazen Carpenter Trail, which circles Deering Pond, will be dedicated. It is a joint project of the Sanford-Springvale Rotary Club and the Mousam Way Land Trust. Library Corner: Mask Free, Fine Free & New Books at Goodall

Goodall Library is now fine-free forever! For the past year of the pandemic, the Library suspended late fees. To thank patrons and best serve the community, they will never charge a late fee again. Goodall Library is also mask-free now too, although masks are still encouraged inside for unvaccinated individuals.
