Parking Issues Still to Be Worked Out At the City Council meeting on September 7, a public hearing was held on the 50% progress plans for the River St. section of the Mousam Promenade, a planned 10-foot wide bike/pedestrian path around Number One Pond. Arrests & Summonses: August 22-28

On Sunday, August 22, Sanford Police arrested a 36-year-old Sanford resident on an assault charge, after responding to a call on Washington St. Among other calls that day were two in Springvale, for vandalism and graffiti, and another vandalism call on River St. Monday, August 23, there were no arrests.
