Fires The Sanford Fire Department responded to a few fires in the three-week period from November 7 through 27. On the afternoon of November 9, a report of a house fire on Home St. brought out all companies with mutual aid. Upon investigation, it turned out to be a small leaf fire caused by a cigarette.
