Fires On January 15, Sanford firefighters provided mutual aid to the Lebanon Department, which was dealing with a structure fire. Carbon Monoxide Incidents On January 12, the SFD responded to a home that had elevated CO levels inside.  The homeowner had run a tractor in the garage and the exhaust infiltrated into the home.  Firefighters were able to ventilate the home and clear out the gas without incident. “The lesson to learn here is that it is best to move a…

On Sunday, January 9, there were no arrests or summonses. Sanford Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Alfred Rd. and took a report of a stolen vehicle on Jackson St., among other calls. Monday, January 10, a 41-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on a warrant. School Committee Meeting Summary

The Sanford School Committee met January 24, 2022. All Committee members were present. The minutes of the previous meetings were approved. There were no public comments.
