A seller claims to have puppies for sale (presumably with adorable photos), a buyer sends money, and when they go to pick up the puppy, the person at that address is not selling puppies. On October 21, Sanford High School senior Samantha Phillips presented her AP Research Project at the Northeast Regional Chapter of the Society of Toxicology in Boston.
