Sanford High Marching Band Wins Gold

Sanford High School’s Marching Band took home a Gold Medal for their performance at the Maine Band Director Association’s Finals on October 29, 2022, in Biddeford. The band’s production was entitled “We Are Spartans” and tied the traits of the ancient Spartan Warriors to the character of the City the band represents. City Council 11/1 Meeting Summary

The Sanford City Council met November 1, 2022. All members were present. Councilor Jonathan Martell motioned to amend the minutes of the October 18 regular meeting to reflect that the meeting was abruptly adjourned by Mayor Mastraccio without opportunity for other members of the Council to object.
