Crafters sought for fundraising festival 

Calling all crafters!   York County Shelter Programs is looking for crafters for the Shaker Hill Apple Festival, which will be held on the YCSP campus Saturday, Sept. 23, 10-4, and Sunday, Sept. 24, 10-3.  This juried craft fair is a big part of the festival, which also features music, family activities such as hayrides, great food and more. Legislative Update: Dental Education, State Budget & More 

Dental Education Loans  The state’s dental education loan program will expand to include a range of dental practitioners, thanks to a recent law change sponsored by State Rep. Anne-Marie Mastraccio (D-Sanford).   Prior to the passage of LD 1256, the Maine Dental Education Loan Program was only available to dentists practicing in underserved communities. Senior Property Tax Stabilization program

In his report to the City Council on June 6, 2023, City Manager Steve Buck explained changes that are happening regarding the Senior Property Tax Stabilization program.
