The St. Thomas Knights of Columbus Council #13861 are first out of the gate with a donation to Waban’s 2022 Telethon this week. Pictured above, Grand Knight Dennis Breton and District Deputy Ray Sargent presented a check for $1,800 to Waban’s Executive Director Jennifer Putnam and Deputy Director Gervaise Flynn.
The 2022 local election season is off to an early start. York County Treasurer Bobby Mills has officially announced his candidacy for re-election.
Strategies for a Stronger Sanford’s January 2022 drawing is a gift basket that would be a perfect surprise for Valentine’s Day or just a nice treat for anyone to enjoy. It comes with a $50 gift certificate to Jenny’s Apothecary Services and a 30 minute massage with Lisa Allen. Both businesses are located within Magnolia’s Salon at 25 Daigle Ln. in Sanford. To go along with a Spa Day, Debbie Randall from Ice Queen Creations donated a Spa basket with homemade face scrubbies, wash cloths, and soap holder with soap, as well as some other spa goodies to complete the package.
