Sanford Sound has moved to a larger location at 1438 Main St. (the former Maine Stove & Chimney building). Stop by and check out their spacious new showroom (see photo above).
VIP Auto Service is planning to purchase, expand and renovate the former Bonanza Steakhouse for their new showroom and service center. The first step in the process happened this week when the Planning Board approved a recommendation for a zoning change for a parcel of land adjacent to the property. The zoning change next has to be approved by the City Council. The plans will also go through the full Site Plan Review process before Planning Board approval. O’Reilly Auto Parts will stay in the building they currently share with VIP.

The Springvale Library’s first-ever Adult Winter Reading Challenge will be ready to pick up curbside beginning January 11. Read books from the list and win prizes!
