Springvale Public Library and Goodall Memorial Library are teaming up to present two wonderful live cooking webinars, funded by the Nasson College Alumni Association.
Chef Liz Barbour from Creative Feast will present her first program, Cooking with Chocolate – Sweet and Savory, this Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 pm via Zoom. Learn about the different types of chocolate, how to select chocolate based on its fat and sugar content, and how to use chocolate as the main ingredient in recipes that are not just for dessert. Enjoy a cooking demonstration of two delicious chocolate recipes – one sweet and one savory.
Registration is required. Click here to go to the registration link
Liz will return with her Holiday Pie program on Thursday, December 3 at 6:00 p.m. The registration link for that webinar will be available soon.
Liz has been cooking professionally in the Boston area throughout her career. Her cooking demonstrations and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle, Channel 9’s “Cooks Corner” and in various publications including New Hampshire Magazine and New Hampshire Home. In 2017, Liz published her first cookbook “Beautifully Delicious: Cooking with Herbs & Edible Flowers.” It is available to borrow from the Springvale Library.
