Get ready to get wet when Curtis Lake Church brings back their annual Summer Splash event this Sunday, August 8, from noon to 3:00 p.m. Over a dozen big inflatable FREE water slides will be set up in the back church parking lot, along with a dunking booth, bounce houses, and a special Summer Splash Jr. area for kids from birth to pre-K. A live DJ will be on hand to keep the music coming. There will be cheap eats, too, with burgers for 75 cents and hot dogs just 50 cents.
Sydnee Butler, Curtis Lake’s Children’s Ministry Director says Summer Splash is a way for the Church to provide something fun for the community, that the entire family can enjoy. The event will be held rain or shine. There will be some parking available in the front part of the Church lot; once that is full, park at Ocean State Job Lot. See you at Summer Splash!
