Strategies for a Stronger Sanford aims to raise $1,000 through online donations on Tuesday 11/28. Its campaign is aligned with “Giving Tuesday,” a global day of philanthropy.
Strategies pledges to put proceeds toward the many local initiatives for which it provides administrative support, namely Sanford Police Cadets, Sanford Backpack Program, Right Brain Club, Stuff the Bus, Friends of Downtown, Sanford Community Youth Alliance and the Sanford Springvale News.
“Contributions will directly impact the lives of our community members by fostering a shared community vision and promoting the development of a safe, healthy and thriving community,” according to President Lisa Blanchette.
Donations can be made online through the organization’s official donation link here.
