Sanford schools will host influenza vaccination clinics following COVID-19 safety guidelines at each school this fall. They are collaborating with Northern Light Home Care and Hospice to provide these free clinics to Sanford students. See the schedule below.
Parents of in-person learners must return their child’s completed vaccination form to their school nurse by Monday, October 19th. Distance learners must pre-register for their vaccinations here and bring the completed vaccination form with them to the clinic.
All clinics will administer injectable vaccines. In addition, FluMist (nasal spray) may be available at some clinics although we cannot guarantee it for all clinics. Unless you clearly mark which type of vaccine you prefer, and there no contraindication to either type of vaccine, the nurse at the clinic will determine which type of vaccine to administer.

For questions about the vaccine clinics at your child’s school, please contact your school nurse.
