One Last Hurdle for Townhouse Solar Project

The Townhouse Solar Project on Hanson Ridge Rd., which has been reviewed twice by the Site Plan Review Committee and the Planning Board, was given conditional approval by both bodies last week. Planning and Development Process Complaints Investigation

In May 2021, Kristin Collins, an attorney for several Sanford businesses, presented a letter to the City Council expressing their dissatisfaction with Sanford’s planning and development review process. ReinCorp to Build Downtown Apartment Complex

On September 15, the Sanford Planning Board gave preliminary approval to ReinCorp of Springvale to construct Central Park Residences, a 30-unit apartment complex at the corner of School and Bodwell Sts., in the heart of downtown.
