The Sanford Planning Board met January 4, 2023. All members were present. It was the first meeting for newly appointed members Jace Clarke, who previously served on the Board, and Kyle Landry, who was previously a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. Sanford’s Apartment Boom

Sanford is set to see a big expansion in the number of market-rate rental housing units in the next two years, with major building or renovation projects happening all over town.
