The Planning Board gave conditional approval to Sanford's first adult-use marijuana retail store this week, which will be located at 22 Smada Dr. in South Sanford. Pine Tree Maine, which currently operates a growing and manufacturing facility at that location, will open the store in the space that has been occupied by their medical marijuana dispensary, Landrace Cannabis.
