On June 25, the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce teamed up with the Wells Chamber for their first Business After Hours event since the pandemic began. It was a great turn out with more than 25 attendees. The event was also the ribbon cutting for The Runaway at PCC, which is the Pilot Cove’s Cafe’s new 27-tap outdoor beer garden, cocktail bar and night life spot, located right on the tarmac at the Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport! Pilots Cove Café serves brunch, lunch and dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating. Sweet Memories is now serving alcohol, including mimosas, sangria, and some beer and wine drinks. They are also now open seven days a week, with Monday being breakfast only from 7:00 to 11:00, and til 2:00 p.m. the other days for lunch.

The Sanford-Springvale Chamber Ambassador Committee welcomed Katie Cote Salon & Spa at 1209 Main Street in Sanford with a visit and a ribbon cutting. The Salon & Spa are full service, providing hair salon for men and women, massage therapy, CBD massage, customized massage, skin care, waxing, lash extension, brow & lash enhancement, and nail technician service. Katie is a licensed massage therapist and also offers her own vegan skincare line.
