On Sunday, September 5, there were no arrests or summonses. Among the calls that day were an intoxicated/incapacitated person on Lebanon St., an animal complaint on Stilson St., an emotionally disturbed person on Brook St. and a violation of protective order on School St.
Another violation of a protective order was investigated Monday, September 6, on Nason St. Services were rendered to a victim of terrorizing/threatening on Twombley Rd., as well as a victim of harassment on High St. No arrests or summonses that day.
On Tuesday, September 7, a summons was issued to a 52-year-old Sanford resident for leaving the scene of a midmorning motor vehicle accident on Main St. in Springvale.
Wednesday, September 8, a disturbance on Bridge St. in Springvale led to a 48-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for criminal trespass. Two arrests were made that day, while Sanford officers were assisting other agencies. One of those was a 29-year-old Sanford resident, and the charges were attaching false plates and violating condition of release. No details were given on the other arrest. A summons was also served to a June St. address.
On Thursday, September 9, a disturbance on Diamond Ln. resulted in a 48-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody on charges of criminal mischief and violation of a protective order. A motor vehicle accident at Main and Bridge Sts. in Springvale led to a summons for a 60-year-old Shapleigh resident, for attaching false plates. A 21-year-old Springvale resident was arrested for domestic violence assault following a disturbance on Mill St. A summons was also served to a Main St. address.
Friday, September 10, a 29-year-old resident of Lincoln was taken into custody on Main St. on an outstanding warrant. That evening, a 25-year-old Acton resident was summonsed for terrorizing following a call to a Gerrish Dr. address.
A motor vehicle complaint on Main St. on Saturday, September 11, led to a 19-year-old resident of Buxton being summonsed for attaching false plates and permitting unlawful use – criminal violation.
