On Sunday, September 26, Sanford Police responding to a medical emergency on Main St. summonsed a 43-year-old Sanford resident for criminal trespass.
Monday, September 27, a motor vehicle stop on Main St. in Springvale led to a 52-year-old Acton resident being summonsed for speeding 30+ mph over the limit. While serving a warrant on State St., a 23-year-old East Baldwin resident was taken into custody on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
Tuesday, September 28, Sanford officers responding to a disturbance on Main St. in Springvale summonsed a 33-year-old Sanford resident for criminal mischief. A report of a violation of protective order on Main St. resulted in a 41-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for terrorizing, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release. A summons was served to a Main St. address later that evening. Two motor vehicle stops that day also resulted in summonses.
Following a burglary in progress call on Main St. in Springvale on Wednesday, September 29, a 43-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for criminal trespass and violating condition of release. While Sanford Police assisted another agency on Mount Hope Rd., a 45-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
On Thursday, September 30, a 42-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on Breary Ave. for violating a protection from abuse order.
Friday, October 1, a 47-year-old with no fixed address was arrested on an outstanding warrant at Main and Roberts Sts. A summons was also served on Prospect St. in Springvale that day.
A 16-year-old juvenile was summonsed for driving to endanger, following a motor vehicle accident on Smada Dr. on Saturday, October 2. Sanford Fire and EMS also responded to the call.
On Sunday, October 3, there were no arrests or summonses. Sanford officers responded to a number of calls, including a domestic disturbance on Westview Dr. and an intoxicated/incapacitated person on Main St. in Springvale.
Monday, October 4, a 58-year-old Acton resident was taken into custody on a violation of protective order complaint on Main St. in Springvale. Another violation of protective order, on Main St. in Sanford, led to a 41-year-old Sanford resident summonsed for that offense, as well as violating conditions of release.
On Tuesday, October 5, a summons was served on Oak St. in Sprngvale.
Wednesday, October 6, a motor vehicle stop at Emery St. and Pioneer Ave. resulted in a summons for operating without a license to a 28-year-old Springvale resident. An accident at the roundabout in South Sanford led to a 35-year-old Cape Neddick resident being summonsed on the same charge.
On Thursday, October 7, officers responding to an assault in progress on Roberts St. summonsed an 11-year-old juvenile for assault. Following a disturbance on New Dam Rd. that night, a 57-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place, and criminal mischief.
A domestic disturbance on Brook St. on Friday, October 8, led to a 57-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody on a charge of domestic violence assault.
On Saturday, October 9, a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant St. in Springvale resulted in an arrest, no details given.
