Officers responding to a disturbance on Brook St. took a 34-year-old Sanford resident into custody on charges of domestic violence assault, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and trafficking in prison contraband. A 38-year-old Shapleigh resident was arrested on Main St. on an outstanding warrant.
Monday, October 3: Three summonses were issued on Ida St. following an assault, no details given.
Tuesday, October 4: A disturbance on Front St. resulted in a 50-year-old Sanford resident being arrested for false public alarm or report. A summons was issued on North Ave. while Sanford Police were assisting another agency, no details given. A 46-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on Main St. on a warrant.
Wednesday, October 5: A report of a theft on Main St. led to a 53-year-old North Berwick resident being summonsed for the crime. A 62-year-old Springvale resident was arrested on Pleasant St. in Springvale for violating a protection from abuse order.
Thursday, October 6: A motor vehicle stop at High St. and Heritage Crossing resulted in a summons to a 63-year-old Sanford resident for operating after suspension. A 25-year-old Alfred resident was summonsed for theft following a shoplifting call on Main St.
Friday, October 7: A 34-year-old Berwick resident was summonsed for operating after suspension and violating condition of release following a motor vehicle stop at Twombley and Old Mill Rds.
Saturday, October 8: A motor vehicle stop on Main St. resulted in a 40-year-old Wells resident being arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Sunday, October 9: Officers responding to a report of an assault in progress on June St. took a 39-year-old Parsonsfield resident into custody for the crime. A 46-year-old Saco resident was summonsed for operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, following a motor vehicle stop on Ridley Rd.
Monday, October 10: A 15-year-old juvenile was summonsed for criminal mischief on Railroad Ave. A 14-year-old juvenile was summonsed for criminal mischief following a domestic disturbance on Main St. A report of an intoxicated or incapacitated person on Main St. resulted in a 47-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody for operating under the influence.
Thursday, October 13: A 45-year-old Lebanon resident was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a motor vehicle stop on Lebanon St. A 31-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating without a license after a stop at Main and Kent Sts.
Friday, October 14: A call to North St. for violation of a protective order resulted in two people being arrested. A 34-year-old Sanford resident and a 30-year-old Kennebunk resident were each charged with violating conditions of release, violating a protection from abuse order and theft by receiving stolen property.
Saturday, October 15: A civil complaint on Palace Dr. resulted in a 63-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for disorderly conduct with offensive words or gestures. A 32-year-old Biddeford resident was summonsed for threatening following a call to June St.
Sunday, October 16: A report of a stolen vehicle on Rachel Dr. resulted in a 31-year-old Saco resident being charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Officers responding to a burglary in progress on Pleasant St. in Springvale took a 37-year-old Alfred resident into custody on charges of criminal trespass, violating condition of release, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. A disturbance on Bridge St. resulted in a 28-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed on two counts of criminal mischief as well as theft.
Wednesday, October 19: Officers responding to a disturbance on Main St. summonsed a 41-year-old Biddeford resident for criminal trespass. A report of a theft on Alfred road led to a 32-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for the offense.
Thursday, October 20: A 41-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop at Jagger Mill and Spencer Hill Rds. An arrest was made on Stoneybrook Rd. while a summons was being served, no details given. A 47-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on an outstanding warrant, following a stop on Alfred Rd. A 39-year-old Springvale resident was taken into custody at Washington and Main Sts. on three outstanding warrants. A 37-year-old Acton resident was arrested on a warrant at High and River Sts.
Friday, October 21: A motor vehicle stop on Main St. led to a 42-year-old Limerick resident being summonsed for driving to endanger and failing to stop for an officer.
Saturday, October 22: A motor vehicle complaint on Main St. resulted in a 25-year-old resident of Milton, NH being summonsed for operating with a suspended registration.
Sunday, October 23: A 22-year-old Acton resident was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a stop at Main and Carver Sts. Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Riverbank Ct. took a 23-year-old Springvale resident into custody for violating condition of release.
Thursday, October 27: A disturbance on Main St. resulted in a summons to a 23-year-old Sanford resident on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. A 46-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, following a motor vehicle stop on Winter St.
Saturday, October 29: Following a motor vehicle accident on High St., a 37-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for leaving the scene.
Monday, October 31: A summons was issued following a domestic disturbance on Roberge Way, no details given.
