On Friday, March 19, a 44-year-old Winter St. resident was taken into custody on charges of domestic violence assault with priors, violating conditions of release, and assault.
Saturday, Sanford Police arrested a 36-year-old Lyman resident for assault after a call to a Jackson St. address.
Later that night, a summons was issued to a 20-year-old St. Louis St. resident for speeding 30+ mph over the limit on Main St. in Springvale.
Sunday, March 21, officers arrested a 42-year-old Grammar Rd. resident on Main St. for violating a protection from abuse order.
On Monday the 22nd, a 24-year-old resident of Grandview Ave. was summonsed for operating after suspension during a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Cottage and Lafayette Streets.
The next morning, Sanford Police responding to a domestic disturbance on Main St. in Springvale took a 32-year-old man into custody for domestic violence aggravated assault. That was a very busy day for the Department, with several other domestic disturbance calls and seven motor vehicle accidents.
On Wednesday, March 24, there were no arrests or summonses, but it was another busy day. Among the calls were several animal complaints and larceny/forgery/fraud reports, other disturbances and two juvenile runaways.
Thursday the 25th, Sanford Police arrested a 35-year-old resident of New Dam Rd. for attaching false plates and operating while license suspended/revoked due to OUI with prior.
