Sunday, May 1: A 38-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for violating condition of released, after a disturbance on Emery St.
Tuesday, May 3: An animal complaint on York St. led to a 36-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for unvaccinated dog, keeping a nuisance dog, keeping an unlicensed dog, and allowing a dog to be at large. On North St., a 32-year-old resident of Mercer was taken into custody on three outstanding warrants.
Thursday, May 5: Lebanon Police summonsed a 25-year-old Sanford resident for operating after suspension and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, following a motor vehicle complaint at Carl Broggi Hwy. and Upper Middle Rd. Here at home, a 22-year-old Shapleigh resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Main St.
Friday, May 6: A 12-year-old juvenile was summonsed on Spartan Dr. for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Saturday, May 7: A motor vehicle stop at Tebbetts Ave. and Johnson St. led to a 22-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody for violating condition of release. The individual was also charged with operating a vehicle without a license and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.
Sunday, May 8: A report of larceny/forgery/fraud on Western Ave. resulted in a summons to a 26-year-old Brewer resident on a charge of criminal threatening.
Thursday, May 12: A 28-year-old resident of Groveton, NH, was summonsed for operating after suspension with a prior OUI following a motor vehicle stop at River St. and Spartan Dr.
Friday, May 13: A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on Berwick Rd. for administrative OUI.
Sunday, May 14: A 51-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for violating conditions of release, after a domestic disturbance call on Main St.
