On Friday, June 4, there were two civil summonses issued for motor vehicle stops on Main St. in Springvale. Paperwork was also served to a River St. address on a harassment charge.
Saturday, June 5, there were no arrests or summonses, but Sanford Police were kept busy with reports of larceny/forgery/fraud at four different locations, two reports of terrorizing/threatening, and many other calls.
On the evening of Sunday, June 6, a motor vehicle stop on Breton Ave. resulted in a civil summons issued. Later that night, a motor vehicle stop at Main St. and Tebbetts Ave. resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old Sanford resident on charges of violating conditions of release, operating after habitual offender revocation, and possession of a revoked, mutilated, or fictitious license or ID card. Sanford EMS also responded to that call.
Monday, June 7, a summons was issued following a motor vehicle stop at Main and Witham Sts. in Springvale. That afternoon, responding to a domestic disturbance on Rushton St., Sanford officers arrested a 31-year-old Sanford resident on charges of domestic violence assault, assault, and violating conditions of release. A summons was issued to a 47-year-old Shapleigh resident for operating under the influence. An outstanding warrant led to the arrest of a 46-year-old Sanford resident on Main St.
Officers, responding to a disturbance on Main St. on Tuesday, June 8, summonsed a 54-year-old Sanford resident for criminal trespass. A 41-year-old Waterboro resident was arrested on a warrant at School and Emery Sts. A 56-year-old Lebanon resident was summonsed for criminal trespass following a shoplifting call on Main St. That day, motor vehicle stops at High and Rushton Sts., and at School St. and Grove Ave., also resulted in summonses being issued. Summonses were also served at locations on Main St. and Brunelle Ave.
On Thursday, June 9, a larceny/forgery/fraud call to High St. led to a 39-year-old Lebanon resident being summonsed for aggravated forgery. A 41-year-old Springvale resident was arrested on a warrant following a domestic disturbance on Barbara St. in Springvale. Another domestic disturbance on Hammond St. led to the arrest of a 29-year-old suspect for domestic violence assault with priors, as well as criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
