Wednesday, June 15: A 41-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop at Twombley and Mt. Hope Rds. A 31-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating without a license following a stop on Main St., and an 18-year-old Lebanon resident was summonsed for the same offense at a stop at Main and Roberts Sts.
Thursday, June 16: A disturbance on Main St. just after midnight resulted in a 37-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to stop violating condition of release. A domestic disturbance brought officers to Brook St., where a 25-year-old Sanford resident ws summonsed for criminal mischief. A report of an intoxicated or incapacitated person on Main St. resulted in a summons to a 44-year-old Sanford resident for violating condition of release. A motor vehicle stop on Cottage St. led to a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property to a 46-year-old Westbrook resident.
Friday, June 17: Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Oak St. in Springvale took a 39-year-old Sanford resident into custody for domestic violence terrorizing. A 33-year-old resident of Stratham, NH, was arrested on Main St. on a warrant. A motor vehicle stop at Winter St. and Riverside Ave. led to a 40-year-old Saco resident being summonsed for permitting unlawful use and violating condition of release. A report of a sex offence on Main St. resulted in a summons to a 32-year-old Sanford resident for indecent conduct.
Saturday, June 18: A 56-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for criminal threatening following a disturbance on Bowdoin Ct. Responding to a disturbance on Brook St., officers took a 52-year-old Windham resident into custody on a charge of domestic violence assault with priors.
Monday, June 20: A motor vehicle stop on River St. in Springvale resulted in a 46-year-old Sanford resident being arrested on a warrant. A 55-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle accident on Main St.
Tuesday, June 21: A 46-year-old Springvale resident was summonsed for operating without a license following a motor vehicle stop on Main St.
Wednesday, June 22: A motor vehicle stop at Main and Acorn Sts. led to a summons for failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days to a 46-year-old Springvale resident. A 37-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise following a disturbance on Lenox St.
Thursday, June 23: Arrest(s) were made following a domestic disturbance on Shaw St., no details given. A 30-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating without a license after a motor vehicle stop at Main and Emerson Sts. An arrest was made while a warrant was being served on Lenox St., no details given. A disturbance on School St. led to a 28-year-old Alfred resident being taken into custody on charges of violating condition of release and refusing to sign a criminal summons.
Friday, June 24: A 30-year-old Shapleigh resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Main St.
Saturday, June 25: A domestic disturbance on Charles St. led to a 53-year-old Sanford resident being arrested for aggravated criminal trespass, domestic violence assault nd violating condition of release. A 25-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating an unregistered ATV after a stop on Hanson Ridge Rd. A report of vandalism on Roberts St. led to a 39-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody on a warrant. A 36-year-old Berwick resident was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise.
Monday, June 27: A 32-year-old York resident was summonsed for shoplifting following a call on Main St. A motor vehicle stop at Main St. and Milton Ave. resulted in a summons to a 41-year-old Sanford resident for operating after suspension.
Tuesday, June 28: A 20-year-old Shapleigh resident was summonsed for attaching false plates following a motor vehicle stop on Main St. in Springvale. On Roberts St., a 15-year-old juvenile was summonsed for theft by unauthorized use of property.
Wednesday, June 29: A 33-year-old Springvale resident was taken into custody on a warrant following a motor vehicle complaint on Main St. A motor vehicle stop at Montreal and Thompson Sts. led to an arrest, no details given. A 54-year-old Alfred resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a stop at Main St. and Cedar Ln. in Springvale.
Thursday, June 30: A report of drug incidents on Charles St. led to a lengthy list of charges for a 30-year-old Sanford resident: violating condition of release, trafficking in scheduled drugs, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, and unlawful possession of fentanyl with priors. A 33-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on High St. for violation of probation. A 70-year-old Shapleigh resident and a 14-year-old juvenile were summonsed for shoplifting in separate incidents on Main St. A report of an assault in progress on Elm St. resulted in a 51-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for criminal mischief.
