On Sunday, July 11, a summons was issued following a shoplifting call to a Main St. address. There were also two citations written that day following motor vehicle stops, on Main St. and Lebanon St.
Monday, July 12, Sanford officers responding to a disturbance on Emerson St. summonsed a 43-year-old Sanford resident on an assault charge. Five citations for motor vehicle violations were written that day.
On Tuesday, July 13, reports of assaults on Shaw St. and Roberts St. resulted in juveniles aged 13 and 17 summonsed for the crimes. Sanford Police also served a summons to a Main St. address in an unrelated matter.
Wednesday, July 14, an arrest was made on Main St. as officers assisted another agency, no details given. Seven citations were issued for motor vehicle violations, mostly on Main St.
On Thursday, July 15, a summons was served on Mousam St. in Springvale.
Early Friday morning, July 16, a report of a domestic disturbance on Mousam St. led to the arrest of a 43-year-old Springvale resident on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime. Later that day, a 24-year-old Wells resident was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer following a shoplifting report on Main St. That evening, a 63-year-old Springvale resident was summonsed for assault following a disturbance on Rankin St. A warrant was served to a Main St. address, and there were three motor vehicle stops on Cottage St. that resulted in citations that day.
Saturday, July 17, a motor vehicle stop on Main St. led to a 29-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for operating while licensed suspended or revoked for OUI. There were two other citations issued that day for motor vehicle violations.
