On Sunday, August 8, arrests were made while Sanford Police were assisting other agencies on two separate calls to Main St. addresses. No details available. That same day, a 30-year-old resident of Lowell, MA, was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance on Shaw Rd. The charges were domestic violence aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
Monday, August 9, a 27-year-old Springvale resident was summonsed for theft after a shoplifting call on Main St. A call for an intoxicated/incapacitated person on Main St. resulted in a summons to a 39-year-old Springvale resident for violating conditions of release.
There were no arrests or summonses on Tuesday, August 10. Officers responded to a disturbance on Hope St., a report of terrorizing/threatening on Nason St., drug incidents on Emery St., and a juvenile runaway, among other calls.
Wednesday, August 11, four motor vehicle stops on Cottage St. resulted in summonses issued.
Thursday, August 12, there were three more summonses issued following motor vehicle stops, on High St., Alfred Rd. and Lebanon St. Another summons was served to a Gerrish Rd. address.
On Friday, August 13, an early morning motor vehicle accident with property damage led to the arrest of a 34-year-old Readville, MA, resident on a charge of operating under the influence. An 60-year-old Springvale resident was arrested that afternoon on an outstanding warrant.
Saturday, August 14, a motor vehicle complaint on Jagger Mill Rd. resulted in a 50-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody for operating under the influence.
