The Sanford School Department, in partnership with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice, will be offering influenza vaccination clinics for students this October. Parents are encouraged to complete the online consent forms for their children by the specified deadlines.
Important: Forms must be submitted one week prior to the clinic date. This deadline is crucial as it allows us to accurately determine the number of vaccines needed.
The vaccine is provided at no charge, but accurate insurance information is requested if available. Students without insurance will still be vaccinated with a completed form.

Please contact your school nurse with any questions about the vaccine clinics at your child’s school.
