The vote was 6-1, with Mr. Horr voting in opposition. Ms. Tenney and Mr. Jones were unanimously elected Vice Chair and Secretary, respectively.
Bylaws: The Board approved its bylaws with no changes.
Calendar: The Board approved the calendar of meeting dates for 2023. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, except in July, when there is no meeting on the first Wednesday.
Business: There were no hearings or other business. Mr. Morgan said both items of Old Business would remain on the table.
Design Review: The Board approved the City Council’s recommendation to appoint Kelly Tarbox and Tiffany Moreau to the Design Review Committee.
Communications: Code Enforcement Officer Jamie Cole, filling in for Planning Director Beth Della Valle, announced that the site plan application for the redevelopment of the Stenton Trust mill building has been received, and he will do his best to get it ready for the Planning Board to review at its February 1 meeting. The final application for the Nasson dorms redevelopment may also be ready for review at that meeting. The application includes two zoning changes. He anticipates having two applications ready for the January 18 meeting as well.
