Nonprofits helping nonprofits: Grahamtastic Connection, a Sanford-based organization that provides technology and internet access to kids with cancer and other life threatening illnesses, has been bolstered by donations from two other local groups. The Sew Craz’E Quilters, a chapter of the Pine Tree Quilt Guild that meets in Springvale, has been making and donating book pillows to GC. Each pillow has a pocket that holds a book. Santa’s Cause, which collects and distributes toys to kids in foster care, has donated a large lot of extra toys, which will be included in GC’s Backpacks Full of Joy. See photos above.
