At its Jan. 2, 2024 meeting, the City Council approved the following assignments to its standing subcommittees, which meet on the second Tuesday of each month via Zoom. These meetings are open to the public. Zoom links are included in the agendas which are published on the City’s website here.
Municipal Operations and Property (meets at 8:30 am): Councilor Ayn Hanselmann (Chair), Deputy Mayor Maura Herlihy, Mayor Becky Brink.
Public Safety (meets at 11 am): Hanselmann (Chair), Councilor Jonathan Martell, Brink
Zoning (meets at 1 pm as needed): Herlihy (Chair), Councilor Bob Stackpole, Martell
Solid Waste (meets at 2 pm as needed): Stackpole (Chair), Councilors Nate Hitchcock and Pete Tranchemontagne
The following appointments to Subcommittees which meet as needed were made:
Contract Negotiations: Brink (Chair), Hanselmann, Tranchemontagne

Land Bank Authority (meets at 8:45 am on the second Wednesday of each month): Hitchcock (Chair), Tranchemontagne, Herlihy
Fire Station Feasibility Working Group (meets at 11 am on the second Wednesday of each month): Tranchemontagne (Chair), Hitchcock, Stackpole
Dam Coalition (meets as needed): Stackpole, Martell, City Manager Steve Buck
Recreation Advisory Board: Hitchcock
