NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Sanford City Council will hold a public hearing on July 20, 2021 at 6:00 PM on proposed changes to the Council Rules of Procedure to incorporate new rules regarding remote participation in public proceedings, pursuant to 1 MRSA §403-B.

The hearing will be held in person in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 919 Main Street, Sanford, and via remote video and teleconference pursuant to 1 MRSA §403-A. Instructions for joining the meeting by remote methods will be posted July 16, 2021 on the City’s website at www.sanfordmaine.org/meetings. The meeting will be broadcast on cable channel 26 and archived at https://townhallstreams.com/towns/sanfordme.
6 PROULX COURT, NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING HEARING. On August 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 919 Main Street, the City of Sanford, Maine, City Council will hold a hearing to determine whether 6 Proulx Ct, identified as Tax Map K15, Lot 36, and further described in a Deed recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds, Book 16467, Page 367 and Mortgages recorded at Book 14601, Page 434 and Book 15191, Page 90, is a dangerous building or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 MRSA §§ 2851-2859, and to determine what, if any, remedy is appropriate. This hearing is an opportunity for the owner or parties in interest to present evidence as to why 6 Proulx Ct is not a dangerous building or a nuisance and to oppose any corrective action ordered by the City Council. Failure to attend may result in the waiver of certain rights with regard to this property.
19 MILL STREET, NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING HEARING. On August 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 919 Main Street, the City of Sanford, Maine, City Council will hold a hearing to determine whether 19 Mill Street, identified as Tax Map K14, Lot 34 and further described in deeds recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds at Book 12199, Page 175 and Book 14121, Page 871, and Book 15297, Page 550 and Mortgages recorded at Book 14717, Page 666 and Book 14963, Page 428 is a dangerous building or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 M.R.S.A. §§ 2851-2859, and to determine what, if any, remedy is appropriate. This hearing is an opportunity for the owner or parties in interest to present evidence as to why 19 Mill St is not a dangerous building or a nuisance and to oppose any corrective action ordered by the City Council. Failure to attend may result in the waiver of certain rights with regard to this property.
27 WILSON STREET, NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING HEARING. On August 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 919 Main Street, the City of Sanford, Maine, City Council will hold a hearing to determine whether 27 Wilson Street, identified as Tax Map H31, Lot 4 and further described in a Deed recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds at Book 14590, Page 573 and Mortgages recorded at Book 14590, Page 575 and Book 15198, Page 399 is a dangerous building or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 M.R.S.A. §§ 2851-2859, and to determine what, if any, remedy is appropriate. This hearing is an opportunity for the owner or parties in interest to present evidence as to why 27 Wilson St is not a dangerous building or a nuisance and to oppose any corrective action ordered by the City Council. Failure to attend may result in the waiver of certain rights with regard to this property.
99 HIGH STREET, NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING HEARING. On August 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 919 Main Street, the City of Sanford, Maine, City Council will hold a hearing to determine whether 99 High Street, identified as Tax Map H29, Lot 56 and further described in a Deed recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds at Book 17511, Page 20 and Mortgage recorded at Book 17511, Page 22 is a dangerous building or a nuisance within the meaning of 17 M.R.S.A. §§ 2851-2859, and to determine what, if any, remedy is appropriate. This hearing is an opportunity for the owner or parties in interest to present evidence as to why 99 High St is not a dangerous building or a nuisance and to oppose any corrective action ordered by the City Council. Failure to attend may result in the waiver of certain rights with regard to this property.
