Saturday, September 17: A call for an assault in progress resulted in a 32-year-old Limerick resident being summonsed for violating condition of release and operating after suspension. Another assault in progress call on West St. led to a 24-year-old resident of Haverhill, MA being taken into custody on a charge of domestic violence assault.
Sunday, September 18: A 47-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for harassment following a report on Pine St. in Springvale.
Monday, September 19: A motor vehicle stop on Main St. led to a 34-year-old resident of Danville, NH being summonsed for operating without a license. A 25-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed following a reported theft on Main St.
Tuesday, September 20: While assisting another agency, Sanford Police took a 42-year-old Kennebunk resident into custody on charges of violation of a protection from abuse order, and harassment by phone.
Wednesday, September 21: A disturbance on Main St. led to a 61-year-old Alfred resident being arrested for criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force, and refusing to sign a criminal summons.
Thursday, September 22: Officers responding to a disturbance on Brook St. summonsed a 32-year-old Sanford resident for criminal mischief and violating condition of release. A motor vehicle stop at Payne and Pleasant Sts. in Springvale resulted in the arrest of a 37-year-old Newfield resident for operating under the influence.
Friday, September 23: A disturbance on Jackson St. led to charges for two individuals. A 27-year-old Cornish resident was summonsed for violating condition of release, while a 23-year-old resident of Stratford, NH, was taken into custody for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.
Saturday, September 24: A 46-year-old Wells resident was arrested on an outstanding warrant on June St. A 40-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating without a license and failure to register a vehicle following a motor vehicle stop at Main and Auburn Sts. A 66-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for operating under the influence with a prior, following a motor vehicle stop on Pioneer Ave.
Sunday, September 25: An officer responding to a vehicle crash and fire on Oak St. summonsed a 31-year-old Sanford resident for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to notify police of an accident by quickest means. Sanford Fire and EMS also responded.
Monday, September 26: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main St., a 20-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating without a license and failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days. While assisting another agency, Sanford Police summonsed a 43-year-old Parsonsfield resident for operating after suspension and possession of a scheduled drug.
Wednesday, September 28: A 44-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on Main St. on a warrant.
Thursday, September 29: A 34-year-old Berwick resident was taken into custody at Country Club and Country Club #2 Rds., following a motor vehicle stop. A report of vandalism on Mill St. resulted in a summons to a 28-year-old Sanford resident for criminal mischief. Officers responding to a disturbance on Payne St. took a 21-year-old Springvale resident into custody for disorderly conduct with offensive words or gestures. Sanford EMS also responded.
Friday, September 30: A motor vehicle stop at Main St. and Deering Neighborhood Rd. resulted in an 18-year-old West Newfield resident being summonsed for attaching false plates.
